My journey to be the most optimistic person possible while struggling through life, my relationship with food and my weight, working as an RN, baking, being a newleywed, growing a baby, and balancing it all.


Not listing my weight anymore as it's more important for me to take care of the human I'm growing than to worry about the number on the scale.

  1. Holy mother of all things delicious WHY did I wait this long to try cookie dough Greek yogurt?!?? This is seriously the most delicious healthy snack I’ve made in a while. Go try it. Stat.

6oz plain 0% Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp nut butter (I used almond)
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup (or other sweetener)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
1 tbsp chocolate chips

Mix everything together and devour.
